San Diego Zoo

The San Diego zoo certainly deserves some points for reputation management!  For everyone I told that I was going to San Diego, they suggested I check out the San Diego Zoo.  On the last day in San Diego I decided to check it out.  One really nice thing about the zoo is that it is almost in the middle of the city.  The zoo has a neat history in the city and is surrounded by a number of other museums and attractions.  It was a great experience, although I was sad too see some of the animals in small cages, and so many of them reaching or staring out of their confined spaces.
