Christmas dinner in Namibia was far from normal. I decided to stretch the limits by creating sushi for my roomates. I didn’t tell them it was my first “roll” but I think it was obvious. The wasabi I found was basically green horseradish. I have since replaced that with some real wasabi found in the Chinese grocery in town. Happy holidays!
