I was delighted to hear that my Mom would finally be visiting me in South Africa. It is always interesting to see how my North American visitors quickly have their perceptions about Africa in general shattered when they arrive.
I am confident that they all had a blast while here and I was happy to see their trip go by safely and hassle free. The house is feeling pretty empty without you.
Here is the first of a few sets of pictures to share from their visit. These pictures span the first few days in which we spent wine touring, traveling to Hermanus and exploring the magnificent South African coast.
