Thought I would share my awesome brunch this morning. I sautéed up some onions, mushrooms, and green pepper and mixed in some scrambled egg. I served this on a roti with cheese and my homemade salsa, with a side of potato roasties. Delish!
Took a bike ride this afternoon and discovered the Picton Castle ship in Cape Town harbour. When I initially saw the ship I knew it was special and brought up the Wikipedia article on my phone. It turns out the Picton Castle has quite a long and interesting history. What a gorgeous ship!
