Hiked the East Sooke Trail from the Pike Point entrance to Beechey Head on Saturday with the Island Mountain Ramblers. We jockeyed the two cars we had between us to ensure we could hike in one end and exit at another, kilometers away. The trail follows the south eastern coast of Vancouver Island with awesome views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Olympic Mountain range in the Olympic National Park in Washington state.
