Hiked with the Vancouver Island Mountain Ramblers last weekend. We hiked Mount Becher via Boston Ridge which turned out to be a 7 hour hike over 18 kilometres. We hit two lovely peaks, one over Comoz lake and then another with a great view of the glaciers in Strathcona Provincial Park from the peak of Mount Becher. On the way down we passed an abandoned ski lift which was pretty eerie to see. It was a long arduous hike, but well worth it!
